I will start your commission within 5 business days upon full payment.

I will send you a rough sketch for your approval. Any revisions will be made in this stage. I do my best to ensure accuracy based on the reference you provide. If your reference is not clear, an additional revision fee may incur.

Once approved, you can expect a WIP of the final product within 10 business days. At this stage, you may also request any small revisions or final touches. I will do my best to accommodate within reason.

My timelines are subject to change depending on my current workload. You will be promptly notified of any expected delays.

All completed artwork may be shared as work examples on social media and this website.

One high resolution (300 dpi) png file.

For emotes, Discord, Telegram and Twitch upload resolutions can also be provided. Please indicate which platform you'll be using.

One zip file containing a unity project folder including shaders and texture files.

Request a special deadline (ex: birthday), I'll do my best to accommodate. If a deadline is especially tight, a rush fee may apply.

Share the image on social media.

Print the image for personal use.

Use the image on any personal non-profit page.

Request a partial refund up to 30% before the rough sketch is approved, given a compelling reason (ex: financial situation changed)

Use the image for commercial use unless requested. Commercial use will incur an additional fee that will be quoted at the time of request. The request will be approved upon the recieving the fee in full.

Cancel or request a refund once the rough sketch is completed and approved.

Payment is accepted via Interac e-transfer (within Canada) and Stripe internationally.

When you place an order, you will be asked for an email. An invoice will be sent to this email after your order has been reviewed, usually within 24 hours. Please pay the invoice within 7 days of receiving it to hold your commission slot.
